Initiation phase

I will help you identify all the key factors you need to know to start your project, such as the budget, resources, and people involved. Together we will define the goals and deliverables.

Full Cycle project management

Let me accompany you from the beginning to the end of your project! I will be there for the initiation, planning, execution, oversight and project closing phases. I will be your team's right hand throughout the entire process.

Initiation + Planning

In addition to the initiation phase, we’ll create a detailed plan where we break down tasks, set an itemized budget, create a schedule, plan for risks, and define the team roles and responsibilities.

About Me

I am Marta Pahino, a world-traveling Digital Project Manager. Graduated in Human Resources from the University of Vigo and having dedicated the last 7 years to digital projects, I have found the perfect balance to help businesses remotely manage and supervise projects as a project manager.

After 5 years in the US and over 10 years living abroad exploring over 30 countries, I have been able to build my business, network with industry professionals, and develop all of the digital skills that I possess today.

I’m passionate about problem solving, building teams, communication and helping other business owners thrive with their projects.
